We now have Linda Hanabarger, the past President of the Vandalia Genealogical Society, and our greatest source for lookups, back with us to do lookups. Welcome back Linda!!

The sources that Linda has available to her are numerous, but, as with any other lookup, please keep your specific and limited.

If you have, or have access to, any Fayette County resources, and are willing to do lookups, please let me Penny Lewis know.

Please, do not place requests that are too big. Keep your request to one surname (two if a married couple), and be specific. Give specific details, such as first names, and an approximate age, or a time frame. Remember, these are volunteers, not professionals. Be patient for an answer, and be sure to thank them.
